Senior Manager, Dallas Regional Office, Texas Mutual Insurance Company
Theresa Delbou is a claims administration and managed care leader with 30 years of cross-functional expertise in client strategy, business operations, and product design. Currently, Theresa is the senior manager of the Dallas Regional Office of Texas Mutual. She is responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and direction to the workers’ compensation claims team including the establishment and execution of corporate and departmental strategies and objectives. Theresa is passionate about serving the insurance industry and Texas communities. In addition, to being the treasurer for KCTX, Theresa is a member of the Dallas Regional Chambers Executive Women’s Roundtable (EWR) and the Insurance Industry Charitable Fund (IICF). Theresa hopes to drive awareness of KCTX through various affiliations to increase available funds to students in need.
