As VP and Managing Director for Helmsman Management Services, Karen is responsible for sales and service throughout the West. She helps midsize and large companies with complex risk management needs better control claims outcomes and costs by blending Helmsman’s proactive claims management, sophisticated risk control and dedicated service teams.
Before joining Liberty Mutual, Reading was a senior vice president for Marsh & McLennan. Previously, she was at Gallagher Bassett Services and Crawford & Company.
